My Education and Practice
MY TRAINING
I am a 1974 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and a 1978 graduate of Gonzaga University Law School. I am a past executive committee member of the Washington chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and an executive committee member of the Montana State Bar Association Elderly Assistance Committee.
My practice focuses on elder law and asset preservation, simple inexpensive wills, durable powers of attorney, and special needs trusts for disabled persons and their spouses. I am a frequent speaker on elder law and estate planning matters.
